Benefits Should Be Run, Not Renewed.
Most employers don't actively manage their health plan. They receive reports. Portals are available. And once a year, a renewal arrives with a number attached. Between those renewals, one of the largest controllable expenses on the P&L often runs without anyone actually operating it.
We built RxClarity to be the function that was missing.

1
What We Do
RxClarity provides Benefit Controllership—the ongoing clinical, financial and operational oversight your health plan has been missing.
Every month, our clinical and financial experts review your plan data, examine high-cost claims, verify vendor performance against contractual obligations, and act when something doesn’t add up.
We do the work. You see what we find, understand the impact, and stay in control of the decisions that require your approval.
It’s the same financial discipline and accountability your controller brings to every other major business expense.
Your health plan deserves it, too.
2
How We Are Paid
RxClarity is paid a fully disclosed fee for our work. That’s it.
No commissions. No referral fees. No vendor revenue sharing. That structure isn’t just about transparency. It’s what allows our model to work.
When compensation is tied to the products or vendors, financial incentives can influence which solutions receive attention. Our compensation isn’t tied to any of them.
We’re paid to look—independently.
To question what doesn’t make sense. To investigate what others may overlook. And to recommend what serves the Plan and its members—not what generates additional revenue for us.

What We Believe
-
Invest upstream. The best claim is the one you prevent.
-
Make benefits work for people. Employees should understand, value, and know how to use them.
-
Measure what matters. Know what’s working—and what isn’t.
-
Let clinical judgment lead care decisions. Then determine the most responsible way to pay for that care.
-
Savings validate the strategy. They’re the result—not the purpose.
Better Care and Better Plan Management. Simple.
A Multidisciplinary Team.
Integrated expertise for better decisions and better outcomes.

With a career building healthcare data systems for the country's largest insurance companies, and growing innovative health care companies for Rodger, it starts with data. But data alone doesn't do anything. You need infrastructure to act on it and track what's working, so we can keep improving benefits and care.
